added#

• Public sandbox: self-serve signup at POST /api/sandbox/signup and nostro.ag/sandbox, isolated workspaces on a virtual ledger, 10 000 EUR of fake money, ready-made demo-agent, public counters at GET /api/sandbox/stats.
• MCP server at https://mcp.nostro.ag/mcp (Streamable HTTP) with an agent profile (5 tools) and an admin profile (12 tools).
• REST API: /v1/agent/* for agents, /api/* for admins.
• Mandate engine: per-payment cap, daily and monthly limits, allowed MCC, blocked merchants, approval threshold, transfer rules.
• Human approvals with single-decision locking, freeze, unfreeze, revoke, full audit log.
• This documentation, in English and French, and llms.txt.

known limitations#

• Sandbox only: no real money, no live cards yet.
• EUR only.
• No idempotency keys on pay and send_transfer.
• No key rotation endpoint (revoke and recreate), no webhooks for approvals yet.
• Error and reason messages are in French.
